Admission

  • Kindly contact Customer Care Office for admission to the In-Patient Department (IPD). Please note, the availability of wards is subject to discharges for the day.
  • Billing counseling is done immediately before the admission based on the Consultant’s advice. An approximate cost of hospital stay will be provided to you in the Estimate Bill. Please note, that the estimate is just an approximation and is subject to change depending on treatment provided by the consultant.
  • Patient is required to pay minimum 80% of the estimate at the time of admission. You can make this payment by cash, credit/debit card, DD or online transfer.
  • If the patient is advised for surgical case, you are requested to get admitted minimum 24 hours in advance or by 01:00 p.m. on the day prior to surgery. You are also required to pay the full estimate amount 24 hours before surgery or process your Mediclaim if you have any.
  • We would be more than happy to provide you the desired bed as per your comfort, although, in case of non-availability of the desired bed kindly co-operate with our Customer Care Office as bed availability cannot always be ensured.
  • Bed charges are calculated on 24 hours basis from the time of admission.
  • Bed charges are inclusive of meals, which are for the PATIENT ONLY
  • You are requested to select the bed class before you get admitted.
  • You can select to change your bed category after admission. However, you can only upgrade yourself.
  • Upgradation will be from the date of admission. All charges will get upgraded from the date of admission with retrospective effect.
  • You will be given daily update on bill status and are requested to clear the outstanding amount within 24 hours.

For TPA patients and those availing cashless hospitalization, kindly contact the TPA desk at 022-5025 5022. You can avail list of TPA, Insurance agencies and Corporate empaneled with the Hospital.

  • If Individual TPA: TPA ID Card
  • If Corporate TPA: TPA ID Card and Employee ID Card
  • Patient photo identity proof: PAN Card
  • Patient address proof: Passport, Aadahar Card
  • AII your previous medical records: Doctor consultation papers, relevant investigation reports, Doctor’s referral letter (if any)
  • List of the medications which you are presently taking
  • Birth certificate and photo (for child below age 5 years)
  • Admission Form
  • Doctor’s Admission Note

  • Original credit / referral letter from respective corporate / company
  • Employee identity card
  • Patient photo identity proof: PAN Card
