Dr. Deepak Parikh is a Surgical Oncologist with more than 35 years of experience in the field. He has developed a particular clinical interest in the surgical management of head and neck tumours, especially laryngeal cancers.
His expertise includes the clinical application of laser surgery and photodynamic laser therapy for both early and advanced head and neck cancers. His research and publications have included work on glottic carcinoma, oral cancer, neck dissection and laser applications in oncology.
Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Parikh has contributed extensively to medical education. He has taught postgraduate students in Surgical Oncology for 27 years, delivered lectures at more than 100 national and international conferences and participated as visiting faculty in laser operative workshops and training programmes in India and abroad.
